First: we meet and chat.
It all begins with a meeting to ensure harmony, compatibility, understanding and goals. For example, some of you discovered cycling later in life and desire hitting fitness, weight loss, stamina and lifestyle goals. For others, it may be trying to learn techniques shared and discussed during our bike fitting process that result in common faults while riding. Still, others want to nail a key race and want to train for it. These are just a few examples of the clients I serve, with many more that are nuanced and specific.

second: we cover the essentials.
If all looks good and we have an understanding out of our initial meeting, then we get started, knowing what ammenities are available to you (weight training, indoor & outdoor training, water training, heat training, nutrition, fueling and more), what is still needed to fill out your regimen and then proceeding with your training.
Its my desire that we meet monthly as well, as I believe - as do most of us - this makes for great relationship building, encouragement and accountability. This is often combined with our testing protocols to ensure we get the best out of you!

third: we flourish and look for growth.
Objective. Measurable. Repeatable. These are keys to establishing baselines and the subsequent progression. Then we look to support this with proper strategy for your event or race. My experience - mistakes and all - are yours to learn from.
